Data Deletion Instructions

You may request permanent deletion of personal data associated with your Bitcoin Gem Miner account. This process is independent of uninstalling the app from your device.

Preview notice: These instructions must be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before public release.

1. Send a deletion request

Email support@btcgemminer.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please include only the information reasonably needed to locate the account:

  • Your Bitcoin Gem Miner player ID, if available.
  • The email address or account identifier associated with the game, if applicable.
  • A clear statement confirming that you want the associated account data permanently deleted.
Protect your account: Do not send your password, payment-card information, recovery codes, store receipts containing full payment details, or other authentication credentials.

2. Verification

We may contact you for additional information reasonably necessary to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the identified account. We will not ask for your password. If we cannot verify or locate the account, we will explain what additional non-sensitive information is needed.

3. Data covered by the request

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the identified account, where applicable, including account identifiers, login associations, game progress, activity records, support history, and other personal data connected to the account.

Some limited records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, chargeback handling, or dispute resolution. Information controlled independently by an app store or another third-party service must be managed through that provider.

4. Processing and confirmation

Verified requests will be processed within the period required by applicable law. We will send a confirmation when processing is complete or explain if limited records must be retained.

5. Important notice

Deletion is permanent. Deleted game progress, account records, virtual items, and associated data cannot be restored. If you only need help accessing an account or resolving a purchase issue, contact support without requesting deletion.
